Colours of summer...

The Mumbai heat is killing. I just cannot get myself to go outside and click a few photos. Therefore, I decided to take a short cut. I clicked a few photos around the house!

This of course is happus or alphonso. My favourite fruit and oh-so-yum!
This is my tagore plant, right outside my window. White is always soothing and somehow, I like the blue in the background.

Well my sis obliged and let me click the pretty colourful bangles...[they are mine! :P]

My dad made me [really] photograph his plants after I clicked the roses...so here goes!
I was looking for yellow and this is what I got!

My parents wont let me have a dog. But they don't mind this silly pigeon uses our grill as her maternity home. Finally the chicks have hatched.....

I would happy mother's day! As soon I as I got my camera, the father pigeon flew off but the mum remained...

You will have to hurry back to Pune in June if you want to get some more mangoes. Are they available in Bangalore?

The chicks are cute...but wait till those microscopic insects attack! They stick to your face and just refuse to go anywhere until you have washed it about a billion times with dettol!

@ Iggy

I only hope to god that they go away before something like this happens. The nest is already a mess and very dirty. YUCK!

I like a mango shake too! And about the ma or pa pigeon..well I am just assuming. Plus the chicks..if you look closely are ugly. And pigeons are dirty, they shit and live in the same place. EWwww...hahahaha!

There are some pigeon chicks on my window sill too. The whole place is extremely dirty. The worst part is I can neither open the window(the smell of pigeon shit ewww)nor turn on the a/c. They are just behind the a/c and I am afraid the heat from the machine would kill them. Your chicks atleast look cute. Mine are ugly as hell.
